These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at rivir.space (the "Site"), operated by Iotec Solutions Limited (NZBN: 9429049467697), trading as RIVIR ("RIVIR", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

This Site is intended for business professionals. These Terms are entered into on a business-to-business basis and do not confer any consumer rights.

1. About RIVIR

Iotec Solutions Limited is a company registered in New Zealand (NZBN: 9429049467697), trading as RIVIR. RIVIR also operates Rivir LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. References to "RIVIR" throughout this Site and these Terms refer to Iotec Solutions Limited as the operating entity for this Site.

You may use this Site solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. By using the Site, you confirm that you are accessing it in a professional or business capacity and that you will not:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent
  • Conduct any automated data collection, scraping, or crawling of the Site without our express written permission
  • Transmit any unsolicited commercial communications or harmful code via the Site

4. No Commercial Relationship or Partnership

RIVIR is currently a pre-launch company. The Site contains information about products, services, partnerships, and plans that are in development and have not yet been commercially released or publicly announced. This information is subject to change without notice.

RIVIR does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Iotec Solutions Limited and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, contracts, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, this Site or its content.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed NZD $100.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
